Facility modernization and life-safety upgrades of the air traffic control tower at Four Corners Regional Airport in Farmington, NM. Work included a complete electrical and mechanical retrofit, demo and renovation of all five floors with new finishes, the addition of a emergency generator building, and new parking lot. The project also required asbestos removal while remaining occupied by aviation personnel.
