UTA Operator Restrooms

Location: Park City, UT

Client: Park City

Duration: 3 Months

Contract Value: $1M

This project for the Utah Transit Authority involved the installation of five new cast-in-place restrooms at various bus stops throughout the region, designed specifically for UTA bus drivers. Our scope included trenching and installing new utility services at each site, along with preparing concrete pads to receive the prefabricated restroom structures.

Each restroom unit was constructed off-site, transported via flatbed, and carefully set in place using a crane to align precisely with the stubbed-up utilities. The project required close coordination, detailed planning, and precise execution to ensure each installation met quality standards and was fully operational upon delivery. The result: five clean, functional facilities ready to support UTA’s transit operations.
