Located in the historic Marmalade District in Salt Lake City, this project is the result of a vision years in the making. Situated in the middle of the Marmalade Library and neighboring apartments and townhomes, this formally dirt lot has been transformed into a modern oasis open for all to enjoy. Cal Wadsworth Construction took on this challenging project full of meticulous and complicated details, ranging from curved concrete seat benches, curved IPE wood decking, precast concrete cubes, water feature with floating steps and LED lighting, landscaping and custom broomed finish concrete patterns with sandblasted leaf patterns. We are proud to complete this uniquely complicated and challenging project that can now be enjoyed by the public for years to come!
