We partnered with FW Specialties to perform concrete structural repairs on the parking garage for the Heber Wells and Olene Walker building in downtown Salt Lake City. After 30 years of deterioration from salt and water, there was a considerable amount of concrete spalling and cracks forming between the two levels. We performed demo on all spalled concrete and patched in with special patching material, routed out cracks on the parking slab floor and ceiling below and filled with Sika to prevent further deterioration. CWC self performed demolition of the existing deteriorated parking ramp into the structure and re-poured.
