This projected consisted of multiple upgrades to the Snow College Activity Center. Work included the addition of continuous footing and foundation alongside the existing foundation in order to support a new brick veneer system. Epoxy dowels were used extensively for the veneer system attachment. The existing roof was removed from the building to eliminate existing asbestos. The existing roof metal decking received welding to meet current seismic codes. Landscape restoration and interior painting were also completed.
