This project focuses on upgrading the lobby, boardroom, open office area security, and office access control systems, as well as constructing a new IT server room and implementing overall finish upgrades in selected spaces. Designed by Galloway & Company, Inc., the remodel enhances functionality, security, and aesthetics while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Key elements of the project include modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems, ensuring that existing infrastructure remains operational while integrating new components. The scope also covers demolition of outdated structures, installation of advanced access control systems, and refinishing of interior spaces.
